If you look at a foot reflexology chart, you will find points directly related to the main organs of the body. Some Asian cultures believe our feet are the foundation of our health. Spiritually speaking they are our connection to Mother Earth, and the bible suggests the washing of the feet is a way to let go of materialism.
As energy enters and travels through our body, the foot is the last point at which energy is part of you. So go be nice to your feet, fam! They work hard for you and deserve some TLC.
Walking barefoot, doing a walking meditation, massages and soaks are great ways to care for this important part of your body and maintain a beautiful energy flow. This ritual is so soothing but also a great way to keep you present and balanced.
Each package comes with 4 usages so you can either share with your loved ones or pamper yourself weekly for a month. Totally up to you. We have 2 intentions available:
Designed to lovingly bring you back into your body, this version includes:
4 bags filled with the perfect combo of herbs to bring you to present time
2 oz bottle of massage oil for your feet with the ideal essential oils to support this intention
instructions, including a grounding exercise
Herbs: rose petals, lemon balm, star anise, hibiscus, cloves.
Important: much like a reversed 'Sour Patch Kids', hibiscus is so sweet at first, but things go sour if/when it stains your towel. So avoid white or light colored towels for a happy ending.
Oil: fractionated coconut oil, frankincense, patchouli, cedarwood and lemongrass.
Designed to release stress and gently soothe your body, this version includes:
4 bags filled with the perfect combo of herbs to help you relax and find balance
2 oz bottle of massage oil for your feet with the ideal essentialoils to supportthisintention
instructions, including a breathing exercise

Oil: fractionated coconut oil, eucalyptus, peppermint, tea tree and grapefruit .
Set a clear intention.
Empty one bag into a cup (yes! you can simply put the whole bag in the cup for easier clean up) and add boiling water.
Cover cup and steep for 5 minutes.
Pour your ’footea' into a basin and add more warm water (careful, don't burn yourself) until you have enough to almost fill your container.
Rub a little of the oil in your hands to warm it up and massage into your tootsies, noticing all the sensations.
Now soak your feet, fam!
Do the exercise recommended for the ritual you picked- you will find instructions on the back label of the main bag.
Once you are done, make sure to towel off your feet as the oil can make walking around a little slippery.
Use only as directed.
For external use only.
Discontinue use if rash, redness or itching occurs and consult a doctor if irritation persists.
Keep out of reach of children.
